Automatic Funds Transfers

We know managing your personal finances can be difficult and time consuming. Your credit union trys to make it a little easier by offering a variety of Automatic Funds Transfers options. Automatic Funds Transfers allows our members to establish re-occurring transfers to other accounts within the credit union. Think how convenient it would be to automatically transfer funds to your checking, Christmas Club, IRA and the children’s accounts without ever having to think about it. Automatic Funds Transfers can be set to occur weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.

Audio Teller

Get account balances, transfer funds within your accounts, check deposits and withdrawals, and more, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To activate Audio Teller for your account, simply call the credit union and request Audio Teller. Once you’ve gained access to Audio Teller, you can reach the service by dialing the toll-free number at 888-879-0321.

Notary Service

We provide free notary service to our members.

Money Orders

Express money orders are available in any amount up to $1,000.00.

Cashier Checks

Members may take advantage of one free cashier check daily. A minimal fee is charged for additional checks.

Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction

If your employer participates, or if you are the recipient of a regular government or pension check, you can have it directly deposited into a credit union account. This free service will enable you to get your funds more quickly and will put the money into your account so it earns dividends right away. Direct Deposit is a safer and more secure option because no check has to be printed and mailed.

Payroll Deduction enables you to authorize your employer to send any portion of your paycheck directly to your credit union accounts every payday. This can be a convenient way to save or to pay back loans automatically.

Credit Union Family Service Centers

We have branched out for you by participating in the Service Centers Corporation (SCC). SCC is an organization owned by credit unions which have pooled their resources to operate a network of shared Credit Union Family Service Centers. As members of Family Financial Credit Union you can use any of the Credit Union Family Service Centers to access your accounts and perform many types of transactions.
